I verified that the MoodMap.xml file was in c:\program files\windows live writer\plugins. I tried adding an extra mood to see if that worked, and it did not help. I tried downloading someone's big list of moods and replacing the existing xml file with theirs, and that didn't work. I tried rebooting the computer, that didn't work. I tried switching between LiveJournal and WordPress within Windows Live Writer, and the list was still empty. Any ideas why the list is empty and how to fix it? Thanks.
